I was very nervous as a new member of the 'Voices Anon' choir and Anna was so friendly and warm towards me, it helped me feel I could continue going. It was not long ago my friend and I commented on how nice she was after she chatted to us while we all waited to 'sign in' for choir practice. It's those little interactions in life which can mean so much. I'm so glad to have met her. Sue
